Susan worked relentlessly in finding us the right home. She has an outstanding understanding of how technology works to make the search and purchase easier especially since we were not in the home state at the time. Susan never used high pressure to promote a deal, instead she listened and focused on the wish list and put her efforts into finding what we wanted.
